When he finally lifted his head, she swallowed, hard. She had to look up<\/em> to see him, and wasn\u2019t that something else. Holy what the fuck. Charlie inhaled sharply, eyes on her mouth. \u201cGod help me.\u201d And then he lowered his head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eva trembled, expecting his lips on hers again, but instead, he kissed down her jaw to her throat. His mouth was hot and soft and ridiculously gentle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
